#### Essential Skills

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in several languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.  

SOFTWARE ENGINEER-BACKEND

#### Responsibilities:
- Developing new user-facing features using React.js  
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.  
- Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.  
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.  

Requirements  
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.  
- Work experience in web and/or mobile application development.  
- Working knowledge regarding REST, SOAP API’s, OAuth 2.0, CSS Pre-processors (SASS/LESS).  
- Experience with version control systems such as SVN, Git.  
- Excellent technical knowledge.  
- Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks.  
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.  
- Working knowledge of data structures and algorithms.  

#### Desirable Attributes
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience with React.js and React Native.  
- Good communication skills.  
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines.  
- Experience with Agile development methodology.  
- Experience in React native will be an added advantage.

FRONTEND ENGINEER

Prospective candidates should also adhere to the following requirements:  

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks 
- Have a certification on UI/UX 

#### Responsibilities:
- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.  
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.  
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.  
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital assets.  
- Testing UI elements, such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.  
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for digital users.  
- Providing guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.  
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.  

#### Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or any relevant field 
- A minimum of 1 year UI/UX design experience for digital products or services 
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.  
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

UI/UX DESIGNER

#### Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.

- Ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve. 
- Analyze risks and opportunities. 
- Oversee project procurement management.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. 
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

#### Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience. 
- Have experience in development/coding on Dynamics 365 or Modern work. 
- Knowledge of Microsoft platforms: Azure, Power platforms, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365.
